LEO is designed and developed to ISO13485 and ISO14791 standards, and subject to clinical evaluation and registration with MHRA, it is our intention to release a premium tier of LEO as Class 1 medical device.

We offer three tiers of service for LEO: Starter (Free for a limited period), Standard (£1 per referral), and Premium (£10 per referral). Each plan includes different levels of service to meet the needs of various healthcare organisations.  

Yes, the Starter Tier for LEO is available for free for a limited period, allowing organisations to get started and experience its benefits without any initial cost. 

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your LEO plan based on your organisation's needs. Contact the company you purchased your subscription from to make changes to your subscription. Upgrading or downgrading depends on your contract terms: Pay-as-you-go customers can change with a month's notice, while contract customers typically can can upgrade at any time but only downgrade at renewal.

The Standard Tier includes basic automation features such as eRS referral processing and administrative verification. The Premium Tier includes advanced features like real-time completeness and appropriateness verification, in addition to all Standard Tier features.
